How long does delivery take?
I usually deliver what is in stock within 2-4 working days. For custom-made products, I only produce the order after placing the order. Delivery time is approximately 3 weeks. I will inform you about the shipment by e-mail and SMS.
How do you send shipments?
I will send by courier or parcel service after payment of the order.
Returns and complaints
Can I return the goods?
Yes, you can return the goods within 14 days of delivery (does not apply to custom-made products). Just write to me and we will agree on the procedure.
What if something happens to the product?
If it arrives damaged or you have a problem with it, be sure to contact me. I handle each case individually and always try to find a fair solution.
Products and materials
What are the products made of?
I use only high-quality, proven materials. For micromacrame (jewelry), I use one of the highest-quality yarns, the Brazilian brand Linhasita. This yarn is waxed and very durable. For macromacrame (handbags and belts), I use mainly polyester yarn, which can be baked with fire. For these yarns, I prefer Czech manufacturers. Each piece is handmade, so it may have minor differences or inaccuracies, which are what make each piece unique.
How should I care for the products?
Follow me on the blog, I will often write various tips and tricks there, not only about product care. If you are not sure, write to me - I will be happy to advise you on how to care for your product so that it lasts a long time.
Packaging
How do you pack orders?
I pack each order with the utmost care to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. I use small, cute boxes and a colorful bubble envelope for jewelry. I pack handbags and belts in a larger box. I can gift wrap everything upon request, just write to me.

Do you also make custom macramé products?
