Withdrawal from the contract

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded online without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to goods made to measure or customized according to your wishes. This particularly applies to macramé jewelry and accessories made to individual order - section "Made to Measure", with a selection of specific colors, materials, or dimensions.

How to withdraw from the contract

Withdraw from the contract using the electronic form below. After submitting it, we will confirm its receipt without undue delay.

Send the goods back within 14 days of submitting the form to the address Chebská 32/6, 351 01 Františkovy Lázně.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer. The returned goods must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging.

I will refund your money within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same method you used for payment.
