How to choose the right talisman
Are you unsure about choosing a ring, bracelet, or necklace? Take a look at this size guide I've prepared; it might help you.
🌿
Ring
Choosing the correct ring size is crucial for comfortable wear and security. A ring should be easy to put on, fit snugly on your finger, and offer only slight resistance when removed over the knuckle.
How to measure your finger size at home
- Using an existing ring
If you already have a ring that fits well on the intended finger, measure its inner diameter with a ruler or caliper. Compare the measured value with the size chart.
2. Using a strip of paper or string
- Wrap a strip of paper or a thin piece of string around your finger.
- Mark the spot where the ends meet.
- Measure the length in millimeters.
- The measured value corresponds to the circumference of your finger and thus the ring size.
For example:
- Finger circumference 54 mm = size 54
- Finger circumference 58 mm = size 58
When to measure your finger
For the most accurate result, we recommend measuring your finger:
- at normal room temperature,
- in the afternoon or evening, when your finger is its natural size,
- at least twice to verify the result.
Do not measure your finger:
- after exercise,
- in very hot or cold weather,
- if your hands are swollen.
Between two sizes?
If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size. The ring will be more comfortable, especially during warm days when fingers may swell slightly.
Wider rings
Wider rings (approximately 6 mm and more) fit more snugly on the finger than narrow models. In this case, we recommend choosing half to one size larger.

Necklace
Choosing the right necklace length affects not only its appearance but also how the jewelry will complement your figure, neckline, and clothing style. Each length creates a different effect – from chokers to long necklaces suitable for layering.
You can slip the necklace over your head and then adjust the desired length by pulling on the sliding clasp at the back. The cords and their decorative ends at the back then serve as decoration.
Here I present the international names of necklaces by size and attach an illustrative image. So, which style is closest to you? You can also combine and layer them.
- 35 cm – Choker
- 40 cm – Collar (short necklace)
- 45 cm – Princess (classic length)
- 50 cm – Longer Princess
- 55 cm – Matinee
- 60 cm – Matinee (longer)
- 70 cm – Opera
- 80 cm – Opera (long)
- 90 cm and more – Rope

Bracelet
I make bracelets so that they usually fit everyone.
I make bracelets with a sliding clasp at the back, so you can slip the bracelet over the back of your hand! This means the cords at the back hang slightly or blend with your wrist. You can cut the ends to your desired length and seal them with fire.
For custom products
If you know you have an "unconventional" wrist size, either too large or too slender, please write to me, and I will make a custom bracelet that fits you perfectly.
For custom products, I always ask for your wrist size and the circumference of the back of your hand, so your bracelet will fit exactly.

Belt
Choose the size of your macramé belt according to your waist circumference at the point where you plan to wear it – at your waist or lower on your hips. For the most accurate selection, we recommend measuring with a tape measure.
Each belt is handmade. Macramé belts have the advantage that you can easily adjust the size yourself. Thanks to the "holes" in the design, you can easily adjust the belt and comfortably tighten it as needed.
If you are hesitant or unsure about your choice, I will be happy to advise you. Just contact me, and together we will choose the size that will suit you best.
