Information on out-of-court consumer dispute resolution

 

Should a dispute arise between me and you as a consumer from or in connection with a concluded contract, you have the right to submit a proposal for out-of-court resolution of such a dispute to an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body, which is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).

You also have the right to use the online dispute resolution platform established by the European Commission at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
