Transport information

Shipping costs within the Czech Republic are:

PPL - pick-up points (including Alza boxes) / 77 CZK

PPL - home delivery / 99 CZK

Zásilkovna - Pick-up point / 89 CZK

Please write the pick-up location in the order notes if it differs from your residential address.

Depending on the type of purchased goods (if they are "made-to-measure", they are produced only after ordering, so it is necessary to allow for several extra days) and the current period (especially during the Christmas season), the order processing time ranges from 3 to 14 working days.

The package is sent via tracked courier and delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days. Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track the status of the shipment and find out the delivery date.

If you have a specific deadline or wish to verify before purchasing whether the jewelry will arrive by a certain date, please do not hesitate to contact me.

The shipping cost is 9.69 €.

Your order will be sent by fast, secure, and tracked PPL CZ shipping, which hands over shipments to DHL. After the package is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
