I ship only to EU countries. Shipping is handled by PPL CZ, which then hands over parcels to DHL. You can look at the map, which will advise you how long the shipment will approximately take to arrive.

I usually deliver items in stock within 2-4 business days. For custom-made products, I only manufacture them after an order has been placed or a prior agreement has been made. Delivery time is approximately within 14 days. I will keep you informed about the shipment.

If it arrives damaged or a problem arises during use, please contact me. I handle each case individually and always try to find a fair solution.

I only use high-quality, proven materials. For micromacrame (jewelry), I use one of the highest quality threads, the Brazilian brand Linhasita. This thread is waxed and very durable. For minerals, I carefully select each piece personally and pride myself on their quality and authenticity.
For macromacrame (handbags and belts), I mainly use polyester thread, which can be heat-sealed. Or I use natural materials such as Bamboo thread. For threads, I prefer Czech manufacturers.
Each piece is handmade, so it may have minor differences or imperfections, which is precisely what makes each piece unique.

With each order, I include a card with instructions on how to care for the products. You can also follow me on my blog, where I share tips and tricks not only about product care.
